SaXa — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026 · Applies to the SaXa Chrome extension (ID bhdjebmcgjacfknmnbdjghfdlchkgnlc), the SaXa Telegram bot and mini app at twitsaxa.com.

SaXa is a mutual-engagement community for X (Twitter). Members take tasks to like, bookmark, follow, reply to or quote posts of other members, and earn in-app coins for completed tasks. The SaXa browser extension confirms that a task you took was actually done, so it can be credited. This policy explains what data is collected, why, how it is processed, stored and shared, and what control you have.

Summary. The extension does not read or send cookies, passwords, session tokens, messages, email, phone number or your browsing outside x.com / twitter.com. It sends to the SaXa server only: your public X @handle, public post IDs/URLs and @handles on x.com pages you open, yes/no flags of your actions on those pages, time spent on a task post, and the data of orders you place. Data is used only to run SaXa tasks and credits. It is not sold, not shared with third parties and not used for advertising. Nothing is collected until you connect the extension and agree to this policy.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

SaXa is operated by the SaXa team. Contact for privacy questions and data requests: the SaXa Telegram bot @saxarepai_bot, command /support. Information about the service: twitsaxa.com/guide.

2. Data we collect

2.1 Through the browser extension

The extension works only on x.com and twitter.com pages and only after you connect it with your personal SaXa pairing code and accept this policy inside the extension.

The extension never reads or transmits cookies, passwords, authentication or session tokens, direct messages, drafts, email address, phone number, account settings, the text of posts or your timeline, or any data from websites other than x.com, twitter.com and twitsaxa.com.

2.2 Through the Telegram bot and mini app

Your Telegram user ID, username and language; the X @handles you link; their public profile information used for task matching (follower reach, X Premium status, chosen niche); your coin balances, tasks, orders, ratings and reviews; support messages you send.

3. How we use the data

To verify that a task was performed and credit coins to the performer (and charge the author of the order).
To publish and manage your orders and show their progress.
To prevent abuse and fraud (minimum time on post, rate limits, rating of performers).
To provide support and answer your requests.

We do not use the data for advertising, profiling, sale, credit or lending decisions, or for any purpose unrelated to the SaXa task system.

4. Consent

Before the extension sends any data, it shows a disclosure of what is collected and asks for your explicit consent. Without consent the extension does not transmit anything. You can withdraw consent at any time with the "Withdraw consent" button in the extension's help screen, by revoking the pairing code with /ext_off in the bot, or by removing the extension; collection stops immediately.

5. Storage and security

In your browser, the extension stores only your pairing code, the detected @handle, language and interface preferences in chrome.storage.local. This stays on your device.
Data sent by the extension goes only to the SaXa server twitsaxa.com, always over encrypted HTTPS, together with your pairing code so the server knows which SaXa account it belongs to.
Server data is stored in the SaXa database on our server. Access is limited to the SaXa administrators. The pairing code grants access only to reporting your own tasks; it can be revoked at any time with /ext_off in the bot.

6. Retention

Task, order, coin and rating records are kept while your SaXa account exists, because they form your balance and reputation.
Technical server logs (which can include the @handle, post ID and action flags of a request) are rotated automatically: only the latest few log files are kept.
When you request deletion (section 8), we delete or anonymise your account data, except records we must keep to prevent fraud or as required by law.

7. Sharing

We do not sell user data and do not share it with third parties. Inside the SaXa service, limited information is visible to other members as part of how the community works: your public X @handle on tasks you complete and in leaderboards, ratings, and reviews. We may disclose data only if required by law.

8. Your rights and choices

See your data: your tasks, orders, balances and ratings are shown in the mini app.
Stop collection: press "Withdraw consent" in the extension, or remove it.
Revoke the extension's access: /ext_off in the bot.
Delete your data: send a request via /support in the bot.

9. Permissions used by the extension

storage — keep your pairing code and preferences locally.
activeTab and host access to x.com, twitter.com — read the action flags described in section 2.1 on the X page you have open.
Host access to twitsaxa.com — send those flags to the SaXa server.
sidePanel — let you open the SaXa panel at the side of the browser window. It does not collect data.

10. Children

SaXa is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change what data is collected or how it is used, we will update this page and the date above, and, where required, ask for your consent again in the extension.
